We are so excited to be sharing space with the Institute for Coupes and Family Enhancement! We have shared many clients back and forth between ICFE and iCNS, so we know it will be convenient for many of our clients who see therapists there as well as Dr. Novian. Our new office is designed with our clients in mind, and the technology, security, and design of each space is meant to provide a tranquil but uplifting environment for therapy.
This new space also gives Kate a chance to really grow LifeWorthy Health Coaching and offer a new set of services to our clients, including weight loss and weight management plans, as well as coaching on healthy habits. Kate's clients are 90% online and phone based, so even if you can't come into the office to see her she will be happy to help! Being overweight or obese can have a large impact on your mental and brain health as well, so having that component is a good complement to our existing services.
