Stress Comes, but Don't Turn Away!

By Dr. Allen Novian

In times of high stress, including the current government shutdown, therapy often gets shoved to the bottom of the priority list, and relationships which are already struggling with miscommunications, differences of opinion on how to address the children, or who are trying to work through infidelity find themselves struggling even more as a family. People find themselves turning to alternative sources of comfort, and away from each other instead of turning towards the family.

It is in times like these that therapy should become a priority, investing now in order to strengthen those relationships for a better future when the stress has passed. While we hope that current events do not effect you personally, we recognize that they often do, and we are here to help.

Come see Dr. Novian, Tiffany Frias, or Brianne Lutterman, and let us help you, your relationships, and your family find a solid rock to stand on in the midst of the chaos that surrounds our lives, and the whole country, today.
